Our Lansing banquet room is a private event space attached to our full catering kitchen. It seats 150 guests for a plated dinner or holds 200 for cocktail-style events. Because the kitchen is on site, there is no long food-transport window, which means hot food stays hot and service moves on schedule. Rental includes the room, tables, chairs, linens, setup, teardown, and access to the catering team.

Pricing
Banquet room rental fees vary by day of week, season, and guest count. Weekday pricing starts at $600 for small dinners. Peak Saturday pricing (April through October) runs $1,800 to $2,800 for the room alone. Rental is typically waived or discounted for events that meet a catering spend minimum. We quote rental and catering together so you see one total, not a stack of fees.
