Pricing for Private Party Catering
Private party pricing sits between corporate and wedding rates. The biggest variables are service style and whether rentals are needed. Typical ranges:
- Drop-off party catering (no staff): $18 to $32 per person, minimum $400 order
- Staffed buffet party: $28 to $48 per person
- Plated dinner party: $42 to $78 per person
- Heavy hors d'oeuvres reception: $26 to $45 per person
Backyard and In-Home Catering
A lot of our private events happen at homes across Okemos, Haslett, East Lansing, and Grand Ledge. We have catered kitchens of every size, including ones that only had a microwave and a grill. Our team arrives self-contained: portable ovens, chafing fuel, serving ware, ice, and linens. You tell us what the home has and we bring the rest.
Graduation Season in Lansing
MSU spring commencement and local high school graduations create a compressed catering window in April, May, and June. Graduation open-house catering books quickly. If you want a preferred date, reach out by February. We run graduation buffets, BBQ packages, and walking-receptions depending on family size and budget.
