Corporate pricing usually runs below wedding pricing because the service style is simpler and the event window is shorter. Typical ranges:
- Boxed lunches and sandwich platters: $14 to $22 per person
- Hot buffet lunches: $22 to $32 per person
- Plated business dinners: $38 to $65 per person
- Cocktail reception with hors d'oeuvres: $28 to $45 per person
- Full-day training catering (3 meals + breaks): $45 to $68 per person
How We Work With Corporate Clients
We know the procurement process for state agencies, nonprofits, and mid-market companies in Lansing. We provide W-9s, COIs, and net-30 invoicing on request. Standing corporate accounts get one point of contact and consistent menus across recurring events. For one-off events, we work off a signed proposal with a 25 percent deposit and balance due net-15 after the event.
Delivery, Setup, and Service
For smaller delivered events (boxed lunches, platters), we arrive 30 to 45 minutes before service, set up, and style the presentation. For staffed events, our team arrives earlier for full setup and stays through teardown. We deliver throughout Lansing, East Lansing, Okemos, Dewitt, and across Greater Lansing at no extra charge for orders over $500. Smaller orders have a modest delivery fee.
